My 2019 Cummins threw the P0871 code for the valve body in my 68rfe. Looked around online at Randy’s, RevMax and ATS. I needed one soon as this truck is my daily. I called up Ultimate and they had a in-house built billet valve body in stock. I quickly drove down there and picked it up. I immediately noticed how well it was built using billet channel plate and heave duty upgraded accumulator housing plate. I installed it myself at home, and after preforming the transmission quick learn, it was ready to go. Crisp, clean shifts! I would highly recommend this shop for any and all transmission work.

Once we had to open it up and replace some parts, I figured "just rebuild the thing better than new, and assume I'll throw a blower on it within a year". Great communication, cool people. I've only out 200 miles on it since getting it back, but it drives great (will take some time for the computer to adjust).

The guys at ultimate are amazing. They really stand behind their work and products. I have a nearly 20-year-old 6.7 liter diesel ram truck and this is my second transmission with them. I am very hard on my truck, pulling overloaded trailers all the time. And so the need for a second beefed up transmission is totally my fault. They also fixed anything on my truck i asked them to do including installing a winch, headlights, taillights, radiator fan, hoses, water pump, pulley and a serpentine belt. They also fixed my overheating problems. By far best transmission shop in the valley.

Had a buddy of mine recommend this place so I gave them a chance.
Came here to have my 47RE rebuilt after another shop completely botched the job. They were absolutely nothing but respectful and understanding of the situation at hand. These guys know their stuff. They were super thorough on this job and found the issues but also made sure I was aware of what caused the trans to fail. Not to mention how quickly they had found the issues, built the trans, and put everything back together correctly BLEW MY MIND.
They also never tried to pressure me into spending more money or doing more upgrades which is huge to me, can't stand being pressured by shops to spend more money.
My truck drives like it's brand new again and I couldn't be happier.

I have to shout out these guys. They are experts. I took my jeep wrangler into them after going to several local places for help. My jeep wasn't shifting right and even tho I knew something was wrong I didnt know the proper definition of how to explain it. They checked it out and knew immediately what was wrong. They didnt over sell me anything like most places tried to do. After a couple days it was running like new and I know if I need anything else they will be able to help me.
